Description
One of my first "photo manipulation" made with Paint 
... Yes it is possible
So originally it was an underwater photo (like itaken in 2003) of my two friends here, I draw it with my tablet on paint and tadaa... !
I freshened it a little thanks to Gimp but i kept the original aspect. It is quite bad but i fthink it has some character.
=> The Girls : Marion and Fanny

well i choose to comment on this because it seems to be one of your pieces with the most imprefections and though good feedback is good, bad feedback can be great when it's contructive. 
The truth is this is not very pleasing to look at because of how the colours are layered. They are to bright and dont fit together as they should. The line seem too rough and the edges could be more polished.
The fact it was made with paint on the other hand makes it admirable and i'm sure with that program i couldn't do much better. So it defenitely shows some artistic skill, but that alone isn't enough to make a good painting. Still it feels like a little misstep in your gallery of cool and even great deviation, which is a shame.
I hope I wasn´t too harsh, as i said before,I tried to provide useful information to help improve, not to offend you in any way.
